Nominations are now open for the Samsung Primary Schools Cup at Ipswich Netball Association on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October 2016, where schools from across Queensland will compete to be crowned state champions.
The competition is open to male and female primary school students in years four to six, giving kids the chance to experience competitive netball in a fun and safe environment.
Last year’s tournament on the Sunshine Coast saw more than 70 teams compete, with Coomera Anglican College taking out the championship.
A school may enter up to two teams in the competition, with a minimum of nine and maximum of 12 players able to be registered.
Any combination of mixed, boys or girls teams are able to take to the court and will compete in a combined competition structure.
