This ten week strength and conditioning program is specially designed by Lorna Jane Queensland Firebirds training staff to improve your netball-specific cardio, power and agility. You’ll make new friends, improve your health and enjoy tailored coaching in small group classes. You’ll also receive a take home exercise program to supplement your court sessions.
Our first block of Court Cardio had outstanding results, with all participants improving their Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test score. And over 70% of participants improving their 40m shuttle speed. Sign on now to start seeing great results.
