Participant Pack FAQs

•	Participant packs for 2022, will be processed directly through a new NetSetGO E- Store
•	Once the registration has been processed and the confirmation and welcome email sent, within 24 hours participants will receive a separate eStore activation email.  
•	The participant will use the link in the email to access the store and activate the account.   
•	After the account has been activated, store credit will automatically be applied to the account. The participant will need to redeem the participant pack, provide their mailing details and process the order. 

•	If you didn’t have a chance to login and redeem your Woolworths NetSetGO participant pack with 30 days you will just need to email netsetgo@netball.com.au (see link below) so we can assist.  

o	Parents will receive a shipping notification with their tracking number, we advise that you check this first before contacting support. You can also log back into your account at any time to check the status of your order. 
o	If your order is not received within the specified times, please contact the DMC Sport customer service team for assistance (see link below).

o	Customers should log back into their account to check the status of their order, they should then check their shipping email with their tracking details. 
o	If further assistance is required, contact DMC Sport customer service team (see link below).

o	For any faulty items, customers need to contact DMC Sport customer service team (see link below). 

o	We are more than happy to exchange the t-shirt if it doesn't fit. You will need to send your existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to our warehouse. The cost of returning the existing t-shirt lies with the customer. 
o	Please be aware that as per the note when completing the order, personalised items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. For further details and confirmation of your order, you can log back into your shop account at any time.
o	This can be arranged by reaching out to the DMC Sport customer service team who will help exchange the t-shirt for a new size (see link below).

•	The participant pack includes a t-shirt and a NetSetGO size 4 netball and participants will have the option to personalise the top with their name for an additional $10.   

NetSetGO Coordinator FAQs

Any netball association, club or school can become an accredited Woolworths NetSetGO centre.

It's great to hear that you are interested in becoming a NetSetGO Centre! Please get in touch with us via email at netsetgo@netballq.org.au.

NetSetGO programmes can run anytime throughout the year! We recommend running the programmed alongside exisiting junior netball competitions or school terms. 
A NetSetGO program must run for a minimum of eight weeks. 

1) Log-in to your NetSetGO Centre account as an administrator.
2) Select Programmes.
3) Select NetSetGO Cente Registration on the left-hand side of the screen.
4) Program Settings > Once here, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find this information in Section 2 under 'Address'. The address you have entered in this section will be the Return to Centre address from all NetSetGO participant packs.
