Fair Play Vouchers (Parents)

Congratulations to those within the Netball Queensland Community that have successfully claimed a Round 11 Fair Play voucher.

Because Netball Queensland’s peak registration window is closer to the start of the calendar year, you may well determine the best course of action, for your own circumstances, is to hold onto the Fair Play voucher until Season 2025’s Netball Activities open for registrations.  You don’t need to present a Round 11 Fair Play voucher until 6 June 2025, which gives plenty of time for you to determine when you will present the voucher to maximise the financial benefit of the voucher.  Round 11 Fair Play vouchers not presented to an approved Activity Provider by 6 June 2025 will expire.

You only get one go at presenting a Fair Play voucher in each round, so try to use it where you can realise the voucher’s maximum financial benefit ($200.00).  If you present a voucher and the total eligible cost of the Netball Activity is less than $200.00, any difference between the eligible cost and $200.00 is forfeited.  Once you have presented the voucher to an Approved Activity Provider, you are not able to receive a refund of the voucher's redeemed value, should your child not take part in / withdraw from the Netball Activity.

Please do not contact the Netball Club or Association your child is currently registered to in Season 2024 and ask if you can present the voucher now to obtain a refund / credit / reimbursement of fees you have already paid – it is against the Terms and Conditions for approved Activity Providers in the scheme to accept vouchers outside of when children are being signed on.

The only reason that you would contact the Netball Club or Association your child is already registered with in Season 2024, to redeem a Fair Play voucher now, is to register your child again with the same Netball Club or Association for Netball Activities (e.g. another competition, like a ‘Summer Season’) between now and the end of Season 2024 (31 December 2024), bearing in mind that you will only be able to present the voucher once.

Fair Play vouchers are not redeemable for cash or transferrable, as is stated on the voucher.

Fair Play vouchers are only redeemable if they are presented to approved Activity Providers in the Fair Play voucher scheme.  Prior to registering, please check with the Netball Club or Association as to whether the organisation accepts Fair Play vouchers as a valid form of payment towards registration fees.

The next Fair Play voucher round is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025.
