To acknowledge redemption of the FairPlay (or an Active Kids, if appropriate) voucher in NetballConnect (providing your organisation has a linked Stripe account with sufficient funds to draw from to cover any transfer of components to other organisations that have components of the voucher you are acknowledging has been redeemed):-
Step 1: Go to the ‘Government Vouchers’ section on the organisation’s home page (clicking on the arrow facing to the right.
Step 2: Click on the three dots that appear on the same line as the player’s name that the funds from the voucher have been received for.
Step 3: Click ‘Voucher Payment Received’. This will initiate a withdrawal from your bank account that is linked to the organisation’s Stripe account.
Step 4: Confirm the details that appear as a pop up (name, voucher id, amount).
Step 5: Check back in 24 – 48 hours to see that the player’s status has changed (it won’t change immediately). The player should no longer appear in the list.
Repeat the following steps as necessary to complete the processing of FairPlay / Active Kids vouchers. This process needs to be undertaken, even if your organisation is the sole beneficiary of the voucher’s value.
A Netball Queensland Playing Membership is not valid for a participant, unless it has been paid for in full and unredeemed Government Vouchers are considered unpaid components.
Please note that Netball Queensland will invoice the Association / Club for any part of a FairPlay voucher that is contributing to a Netball Queensland Playing Membership that has not been redeemed in NetballConnect.
