To accept Active and Creative Kids' vouchers, your Netball Club or Association needs to be a Registered Provider in the scheme. Become a Registered Provider by following the prompts in the below URL:

Redeeming Active and Creative Kids' vouchers can only be redeemed through the Service NSW Business Bureau app.
Please do not offer to allow Active and Creative Kids' vouchers to be used to pay for registrations that have taken place earlier in Season 2024. It is a breach of the scheme's guidelines to do this, as Active and Creative Kids' vouchers need to be obtained from the parent / legal guardian at the time of signing on. Active and Creative Kids' vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Redeem Active and Creative Kids' vouchers as your Netball Club or Association receives them, as this will ensure that, if there is an issue with the Active and Creative Kids' voucher (e.g. it has already been presented or the voucher reference number does not match the child being registered with your Netball Club or Association), you can seek to resolve the issue as soon as possible, rather than finding out when it is too late and possibly facing a financial shortfall.
Only redeem the amount of the total eligible registration costs involved in the Netball Activity, up to $50.00 / $100.00 (the maximum amount available to redeem, depending on how many valid vouchers are provided for a child). If the total registration cost of the Netball Activity does not reach the maximum amount available to redeem, please only redeem the cost of the registration. Any difference between the maximum amount and that of the Netball Activity is not able to be redeemed and returned to the parent, nor are they able to use that unredeemed amount later with your Netball Club or Association. Active and Creative Kids' vouchers are only able to be presented once.
Netball Queensland will invoice Netball Clubs and Associations that have taken registrations where Netball Queensland’s membership component is paid (in part or wholly) by an Active and Creative Kids' voucher, should they not be redeemed in a timely manner through NetballConnect. For information on how to redeem Government Vouchers in NetballConnect, please contact Netball Queensland’s NetballConnect Helpdesk (netballconnect@netballq.org.au).
2024 Active and Creative Kids' vouchers need to have been provided to Registered Providers by 31 December 2024.
