Queensland Gems are seeking an organised, supportive and people-focused Team Manager to assist the Gems as they prepare for the 2026 Marie Little Shield

You will lead and deliver all logistical operations of the Queensland Gems program and work closely with coaches, athletes and families to ensure the smooth operations across the season.

Queensland Gems are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reginal Academy coach to support our athletes in Townsville.

We are looking for a coach who:

Is confident and experience coaching with development athletes.
Has experience with athletes with a disability and can create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering training environment.
Brings strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to the program.
