NetballConnect is a new sport-technology platform created to provide our netball community with a efficient, user-friendly experience of our sport. 

NetballConnect changes the way we manage, administrated, played, scored and spectated. You will have the ability to register, follow live scores, and even manage competitions, all in the palm of your hand! 

If you would you like a training video please email netballconnect@netballq.org.au stating whether you are an Association with clubs, Association with no clubs or a Club.

 

FAQs - Login

Administrators will receive login details; user name and password via email.  This email will be addressed from NetballConnect.

Follow the instructions in the login email.

A Two Factor Authentication has been implemented for administrators. 

Download Google Authenticator from the Apple Store or Google Play and install on your phone.

Log in using your login details;

The first time you login you will see the screen below;

Open Google Authenticator, you will be required to scan the QR code and it provide you with a code to enter.

Administrators have a Admin specific URL to visit. Click on the button below to access the Admin Portal and use your login details to access.

Under the Home tab > Maintain > Venue and Courts.
Search for the venue first to ensure it has not already been entered. 
If not, add a new venue.
