Participant Pack FAQs

Your ‘centre’ is the Club or Association you have registered with. The club coordinator nominated a ‘centre’ address for packs to be delivered to if the pack is sent to the ‘centre’. Once the club receives the pack, they will bring it to netball.

Once registered, you’ll receive a notification to let you know that your pack is on the way with a delivery estimate. Due to COVID-19 there have been significant delays in pack delivery. For most metropolitan areas, your pack should take 21 business days once dispatched, and for those more rural it may take an extra day or two.

We are sorry to hear that your pack has not arrived. 
Please get in touch with the Netball Australia customer service team and they will let you know if it should have arrived or if it might still be on its way. 

Oh no! Please get in touch with the Netball Australia customer service team with details of the fault and they will get straight onto a replacement for you. 

Yes - you will need to send your existing t-shirt with an exchange form back to the Netball Australia warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria. Please contact the customer service team who will help you exchange your t-shirt for a new size. Cost of returning the existing t-shirt with the customer. 

Address details can be updated via the Netball Connect system under the participant profile. If you require assistance with this, please contact the support team on netballconnect@netballq.org.au
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the change will take affect for the participant pack. However all return to sender NetSetGO packs will be delivered to your local netback association. 

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we're experiencing stock shortages in netballs from our supplier in India. Our hearts are with our friends in India at the moment as they battle a devastating second wave of the coronavirus. 
We know getting their participant pack in the mail is a big moment for our little NetSetGO'ers. So, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to replenish our stock as quickly as possible.
Although packs will look a little different, participants will still receive their t-shirt and a Suncorp NetSetGO branded item of the same value. This might be a ball, drink bottle, backpack or lunchbox.

All Return to Sender items have been sent directly to Netball Queensland, who will distribute these to relevant associations upon arrival. 

NetSetGO Coordinator FAQs

Any netball association, club or school can become an accredited Suncorp NetSetGO centre

It's great to hear that you are interested in becoming a NetSetGO Centre! Please get in touch with us via email at netsetgo@netballq.org.au

NetSetGO programmes can run anytime throughout the year! We recommend running the programmed alongside exisiting junior netball competitions or school terms. 
A NetSetGO program must run for a minimum of eight weeks. 

1) Log-in to your NetSetGO Centres MyNetball account as an administrator
2) Select Programmes
3) Select NetSetGO Cente Registration on the left-hand side of the screen
4) Program Settings > Once here, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find this information in Section 2 under 'Address'. The address you have entered in this section will be the Return to Centre address from all NetSetGO participant packs
