Your ‘centre’ is the Club or Association you have registered with. The club coordinator nominated a ‘centre’ address for packs to be delivered to if the pack is sent to the ‘centre’. Once the club receives the pack, they will bring it to netball.

Unfortunately once the pack has been sent we cannot change the address. There may be good news, if the pack is returned to sender it should be sent to the NetSetGO coordinator where you are registered. Let them know if you put the wrong address in and they’ll keep an eye out for it.

It takes roughly 3 weeks for the packs to be delivered to the address you provided when you registered. You will receive an email once your pack has been dispatched.

Keep in mind that, depending on the AusPost routes and locations of some residence, this may take a few days longer.

Step 1: If it’s been longer than 3 weeks since your registered, check your local post office. If you weren’t home when they tried to deliver, they may have taken it there.

Step 2: The return to sender address is your NetSetGO program coordinator. Contact the coordinator at your program and they can check if it’s been sent to them.

*The club can check the deliver address and when the pack was created for you. Details on how to do this are below.

Step 3: If it’s not at the post office and your club hasn’t received the pack at the address they put down. Please contact the NetSetGO Customer Support Team. Click below to send them a message

You can look up the delivery address, when the pack was created and when they enrolled. Advise the parent to follow the above ‘where is my pack’ process. If the address isn’t the participant’s address it will most likely be the address you have for your NetSetGO program that was set-up at the start of the year.

Login to MyNetball. Programs > NetSetGO Centre Registration > Registrants > Click on the participants name.

This will bring up the participants details. Go to the Workflows tab > Pack Details

Log into MyNetball. Go to Programs > NetSetGO Centre Registration > Program Settings.
Once on this page, scroll to the bottom and you will see your centre address.
