What makes this year's group so powerful is the incredible diversity of roles these young people already play within the game.
From dedicated players competing across multiple associations, to highly credentialed umpires officiating everything from local club matches to state titles, to passionate volunteers mentoring the next generation – this cohort brings lived experience from every corner of netball.
The geographic diversity is equally impressive, with representatives spanning from Rockhampton in Central Queensland down to Murwillumbah in northern New South Wales, encompassing the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, greater Brisbane, and regional centres.
This broad reach, combined with varying ages and life stages, creates a genuine 360-degree view of the sport.
Throughout the year, these young leaders will use their diverse insights to help shape participation initiatives, pathways, and policies that strengthen netball at every level.
