As a result of the escalation in COVID-19 containment advice provided by the Federal Government and subsequent advice we have received from authorities, we have updated our risk management plan including escalation protocols over the coming weeks for any incidents relating to COVID-19.
If you experience an issue, please report this to your Club or Association who will elevate to their Crisis Management Team at Association level.
If the incident requires further escalation, this can be communicated to helpline@netballq.org.au or through your Delivery Network Lead. This will then be reported to the Netball Queensland Crisis Management Team for resolution and/or advice.
