To be successful in this environment you will need to be:
- Passionate about the growth and development of local talent in our region
- Professional and well organised in your approach to the creation of training and development plans for the individual Wildcats players, the Wildcats Teams and the members of the emerging talent program
- Experienced and confident enough to grow to the next level our existing pool of Brisbane South players
- Team oriented, comfortable working within an all of squad coaching program under the direction of the Wildcats Club & Sapphire Coach and Wild Cats Club High Performance Coach Sam Joseph

Required Qualifications and Experience are…
- Netball Australia Advanced Coaching Certification
- Possess a current working with children blue card;
- A minimum of 3 years coaching in an emerging elite environment
