Laura Rathgeber
After completing a Bachelor of Business, Sport and Leisure Management at La Trobe University Melbourne and working for Sporting Organisations including JUMP Media, Marketing and Events, Australian University Sport and Australian Open, I relocated to London for travel and experience where I was lucky enough to be involved with Wimbledon and the London 2012 Olympic Games. Returning to the Gold Coast after falling in love with the beach culture and lifestyle, I returned to UniGames before settling in at Events Management Queensland overseeing the Gold Coast Marathon and Pac Pacific Masters Games. During this time I was lucky enough to be seconded to 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and later moving to Darwin for the return of the 2019 Arafura Games. I play netball, I love netball and am excited by the opportunity to combine my work with my personal passion.

Tanya Ward
After a youth spent competing in individual sports, I followed my daughters into Netball. I have been involved in bringing Moreton Bay College back into club netball and then joined the Mayfield club coaching the younger teams. I am excited to bring my passion for youth sport to this role and am looking forward to leading changes that will help our community be more active through the great sport of Netball.
