After reinstating Honorary Life Membership via endorsed changes to NQ’s Constitution, Emerald Netball Association president Nanette Hall was elected as the first Life Member since 2015 at the 2024 AGM in April.
NQ is now seeking nominations for anyone who has rendered longstanding service to netball or an NQ member association, with applications open until Friday 29 November 2024.
NQ’s History and Traditions Advisory Group will then consider the nominations before making their recommendation to the NQ Board in early January 2025.
At the NQ Board’s first meeting of 2025, the nominations will then be assessed before one of the nominees is submitted for election as an Honorary Life Member.
The nominee’s election as an Honorary Life Member will then be determined by members at the 2025 NQ AGM.
