Somerset, the 2022 Championship Division winners, took out the top title at this year’s event to cap a great weekend on the Bundaberg Netball Association courts.
Moreton Bay College finished runner-up to Somerset while Brisbane-based St John Vianney’s Primary School defeated St Kieran’s Primary School’s Gold team to claim the Development Division.
Somerset’s Mia Trinder was the winner of the Olivia Douglas memorial award as the grand final MVP.
The 2024 Primary Schools Cup, with support from Bundaberg Regional Council, featured over 550 boys and girls from Years 4 to 6 competing in teams from across the state.
Netball Queensland thanks all the coaches, parents, teachers, spectators, volunteers and staff who helped make this year’s Primary Schools Cup a success.
