Regional QLD Gems Academy
Netball Queensland have expanded the Queensland Gems program to Townsville and Toowoomba in 2025. The Queensland Gems Regional Academies will provide a pathway and development opportunities for regional athletes with an intellectual disability. This program/initiative has received funding from the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
Identify as female Have an intellectual disability Be aged 16+ during year of competition Hold a Sport Inclusion Australia (SIA) number/membership If an athlete does not have a SIA number, please see further information below
