There a number of ways you can get help if you need assistance with NetballConnect.

For Association and Club representatives that are experiencing difficulties with NetballConnect or are seeking assistance, the quickest way for you to receive assistance for your issue is to create a work ticket in the TAWK system.  TAWK is the system used by Netball Queensland to manage and resolve requests for assistance and issues raised with the NetballConnect platform.

A TAWK ticket can be created by clicking on the speech bubble with the orange background pop up located in the bottom right hand corner when logged into NetballConnect on a laptop / desktop / mobile device and completing the required fields.  Successfully creating a TAWK ticket will generate a ticket number in the system specific to the issue you have raised.

Alternatively, a TAWK ticket can be created on your behalf by emailing Netball Queensland’s NetballConnect inbox (netballconnect@netballq.org.au), please note that the email address you sent the email from will be the email address that all correspondence relating to the ticket will be sent to.

New in Season 2024 is the ability, through the following webform, for your Member Association, Community Member or Affiliated Club within the Netball Queensland Community to request virtual training sessions within NetballConnect's modules:-
