There a number of ways you can get help if you need assistance with NetballConnect.
For Association and Club representatives that are experiencing difficulties with NetballConnect or are seeking assistance, the quickest way for you to receive assistance for your issue is to create a ticket.
A ticket can be created by clicking on the speech bubble with the purple background pop up located in the bottom right hand corner when logged into NetballConnect on a laptop / desktop / mobile device and completing the required fields. Successfully creating a ticket will generate a ticket number in the system specific to the issue you have raised.
