Following consultation with Ruby North franchises, the competition will retain its original format for the 2026 season. The team finishing at the top of the table following the four dedicated competition weekends will be crowned champions, with the previously announced standalone Grand Final at Nissan Arena no longer proceeding.
All other HART Premier Netball League division finals will continue to take place at Nissan Arena as previously announced.
Across the regular Ruby North season, each franchise will again host a full round of fixtures across four dedicated weekends, bringing high-level netball to communities across Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton and Mackay.
The competition will begin on May 15 to 17 in Mackay with defending champions the Monarchs to be the first hosts for 2026. The remaining rounds will be played in Rockhampton (June 13-14), Townsville (July 18-19) and Cairns (August 15-16).

Netball Queensland thanks the Ruby North franchises for their valuable feedback and looks forward to another exciting season of high-quality netball.
