Netball Queensland is proud to announce this weekend’s Round 5 fixtures in both the HART Sapphire and Ruby Series’ will be played under the banner of the inaugural R U OK? Round.
R U OK? Round will encourage players, coaches, umpires, officials and spectators across both competitions to start a meaningful conversation with anyone they are worried about.
Netball Queensland’s General Manager of Venues, Events, Competitions and Commercial, Ben Mannion, said the power of conversation and supporting one another has never been more important than in the current environment.
“Netball Queensland is committed to building a culture where all members of our community feel safe, encouraged and supported,” Mannion said.
