Molo's performances across the week, where the Queensland 19 and Under team only lost one match, caught the eye with Netball Australia Chief Executive Officer Stacey West presenting her with the award after the finals at Sydney's Netball Central.
Molo and her teammates bounced back from a heartbreaking one-point loss to NSW in Tuesday's semi-final to claim bronze with a 37-22 win over Western Australia in Wednesday's third-place playoff.
NSW successfully defended their title on home soil after their upset win over the previously unbeaten Queenslanders, defeating Victoria in the gold medal match 35-28.
Securing a third-place finish ended a strong tournament by the Queenslanders, who overcame a serious injury to defender Holly Comyns earlier in the event to finish with a medal.
Queensland's 17 and Under team showed great character to win their last two games and eventually finish fifth in their competition.
That position was secured in dramatic fashion with a one-point win over Tasmania in their final match on Wednesday.
South Australia claimed the gold medal in the 17s with a 33-26 win over New South Wales with Victoria claiming bronze.
Netball Queensland thanks all the players, staff, officials and families for their efforts across the event.
