Netball Queensland is delighted to announce our new official partnership with Demi International.
Demi International is a government accredited academy offering short courses and qualifications in Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty, Massage, Nails and Yoga throughout Queensland.
The partnership aims to engage with the strong community and regional reach of Netball Queensland to drive awareness and enrolments for future students.
Netball Queensland General Manager – Commercial, Nathan Spooner, said the partnership was an exciting one for Netball Queensland and the Queensland Firebirds.
“The collaboration with Demi International compliments our current partners portfolio beautifully and aligns strongly with our vision of transforming lives through netball,” he said.
Ann Donnarumma CEO, Demi International, highlighted the endless opportunities she believed the partnership would offer.
"It is the perfect partnership for Demi International's mission to provide excellence in all that we do. Collaborating with Netball Queensland and the Queensland Firebirds will showcase the possibilities of what can be achieved through VET Education, mentoring and community partnerships,” she said.

Through the partnership with Netball Queensland and appointed Firebirds Ambassadors, the students have the opportunity to foster their skills with these athletes to further their training and career opportunities.
Demi International drives to deliver excellence in training, working closely with industry experts and employers to ensure the graduates receive the most current information and skills that are relevant and most valuable to industry employers.
It has campuses located in Cairns, Toowoomba, Chermside and their head office at Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast.The new Ipswich facility is due to open in early 2022.
